Everything you need to know about deploying and managing your AI agents on Sprout.
Sprout provides dedicated Mac hardware for running AI agents 24/7. Unlike cloud VMs or shared hosting, your agent runs on a real Mac Mini with Apple Silicon, giving you native macOS capabilities and consistent performance.
Getting started with Sprout takes just a few minutes:
Create an account with your email address and password.
Buy a credit package to fund your instances.
Use the wizard to configure and deploy your first AI agent.
Credits are Sprout's unified currency. Everything is paid with credits:
Hourly cost for running your Mac
One-time setup fee per channel
Human assistance costs
The deploy wizard guides you through creating an instance:
Choose a memorable name for your agent (e.g., "work-assistant", "project-bot").
Choose between Mac Mini M1, M2, or M2 Pro based on your workload needs.
Select a preset configuration (Personal Assistant, Project Manager, etc.) or use Custom.
Select which messaging platforms your agent should connect to.
Confirm your configuration and costs, then deploy. Our team will provision your Mac.

Go to your instance settings, find the Telegram channel, and paste your token.
Send a message to your bot in Telegram. Your agent will respond!
Go to discord.com/developers/applications and create a new application.
In your application, go to "Bot" section and click "Add Bot".
Click "Reset Token" to get your bot token. Keep this secret!
Use OAuth2 URL Generator to create an invite link with "bot" scope and necessary permissions.
Paste your token in the Discord channel settings in your Sprout dashboard.
Go to api.slack.com/apps and create a new app from scratch.
In Settings > Socket Mode, enable it and generate an App-Level Token with connections:write scope.
Go to Features > App Home and enable the bot user. Give it a display name.
In OAuth & Permissions, add chat:write, app_mentions:read, and im:history scopes.
Install the app to your workspace and copy the Bot User OAuth Token.
Provide both the App-Level Token and Bot User OAuth Token in your Sprout dashboard.
