First, check your credit balance. When your balance can't cover the next hour, the instance is stopped and its Mac is released, which deletes its data, so you need to top up and deploy a new instance. If you have credits and the instance is still running, try restarting it from the dashboard. If issues persist, contact support with your instance name.
How do I add more channels to an existing instance?+
Go to your instance detail page in the dashboard, scroll to the Channels section, and click 'Add Channel'. You'll be charged the one-time setup cost for the new channel.
Can I upgrade my hardware after deployment?+
Yes! Contact support to migrate your instance to different hardware. We'll help transfer your data and configurations. Standard support fees apply.
How do refunds work?+
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that they stay in your balance and never expire. If you've been charged incorrectly or experienced service issues, contact support and we'll review your case.
