Sprout is designed for legitimate AI agent deployment. Permitted uses include:

• Personal AI assistants for productivity and communication
• Business automation and customer service agents
• Team collaboration and project management bots
• Educational and research applications
• Content creation and workflow automation

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Distribution of illegal content or materials
• Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
• Circumventing legal restrictions or sanctions

2.2 Harmful Content

• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Creating or sharing content that promotes violence or harm
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Content that exploits minors in any way

2.3 Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Automated account creation or manipulation
• Scraping or harvesting data without authorization
• Overwhelming systems with excessive requests (DoS)

2.4 Intellectual Property

• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Distributing pirated software or content
• Using the service to generate infringing content

2.5 Platform Abuse

• Cryptocurrency mining or computationally intensive non-agent tasks
• Reselling or sublicensing access without authorization
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineering our systems or software
• Bypassing security measures or access controls

3. MESSAGING PLATFORM RULES

When using channel integrations, you must also comply with each platform's terms:

• Telegram: Follow Telegram's Bot API Terms of Service
• Discord: Comply with Discord's Developer Terms of Service
• Slack: Adhere to Slack's API Terms of Service
• WhatsApp: Follow WhatsApp Business Policy
• Microsoft Teams: Comply with Microsoft's API terms

4. RESOURCE LIMITS

To ensure fair access for all users:

• Use resources in proportion to your credit balance
• Do not attempt to circumvent credit consumption mechanisms
• Report any billing errors promptly rather than exploiting them
• Avoid sustained maximum CPU/memory usage unrelated to AI operations

5. ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right to take action against policy violations:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
• Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary suspension
• Termination: Severe violations result in immediate account termination

Credits are not refunded for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you observe violations of this policy, please report them to abuse@sprout.bot or through our Contact page.

7. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
