Sprout - AI Agents on Dedicated Mac Hardware

You can cancel your account or stop using Sprout at any time. This policy explains what happens when you cancel.

1. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Sprout uses a prepaid credit system, not a subscription model. There are no recurring charges, monthly fees, or automatic billing. You only pay when you purchase credits.

2. STOPPING SERVICE

To stop using Sprout:

Pause instances: Stop your running agents from the dashboard. No credits will be consumed while paused.
Let credits deplete: Once credits reach zero, instances pause automatically.
Delete account: Contact support to permanently delete your account and all data.

3. REMAINING CREDITS

Important: Unused credits are not refunded upon account cancellation.

Credits do not expire, so you have the option to:

Keep your account and use remaining credits later
Use remaining credits before canceling
Request account deletion (remaining credits will be forfeited)

4. DATA AFTER CANCELLATION

When you delete your account:

All personal data is deleted within 30 days
Running instances are terminated immediately
Agent templates and configurations are permanently removed
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law

5. REACTIVATION

If you paused or stopped using your account (without deleting it), you can resume at any time by logging in and purchasing credits. Your templates and settings will still be available.
