PAYMENT POLICY

1. CREDIT-BASED SYSTEM

Sprout operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits upfront and they are consumed as you use our services:

• Hourly compute costs — Hardware rental for running your agents
• Setup fees — One-time charges for initial deployment and channel configuration
• Human support — Assisted configuration and troubleshooting

2. CREDIT PACKAGES

Credits are available in the following packages:

Custom amounts are also available. All prices are in USD.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

All payment processing is handled securely. We do not store your full card details.

4. CREDIT PROPERTIES

• Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

5. INSUFFICIENT CREDITS

If your credit balance reaches zero:

• Active instances will be paused automatically
• Data on paused instances is retained for 30 days
• After 30 days of inactivity with zero balance, instances may be terminated
• You can resume at any time by purchasing more credits

6. RECEIPTS AND INVOICES

A receipt is emailed to you after each purchase. For invoice requests or billing questions, contact billing@sprout.bot.
