This policy explains how payments work on Sprout, including accepted methods, how credits are used, and credit pricing.
Sprout operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits upfront and they are consumed as you use our services:
Credits are available in the following packages:

You can also top up by a custom amount of money: anything from $1 to $20,000 per purchase in US dollars, or €1 to €20,000 in euros. In any other currency you select, the range is the equivalent of $1 to $20,000 at the day's rate, with the upper limit rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds $20,000. The amount is charged as entered (methods that settle in their own currency, such as EUR or PLN, show the converted charge before you pay). Prices are shown in USD by default. You can switch to EUR, KZT, AZN, PLN, SEK or ZAR using the currency selector, and you pay in the currency you choose.
Prices in other currencies are converted at exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API, refreshed once every 24 hours; if the rate service is unavailable, the last rates we received stay in use.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
All payment processing is handled securely. We do not store your full card details.
